Desserts!!!

Yum! Don't those look good? We all have a sweet tooth and it's okay at times to cheat and indulge because that's what makes us human. We all have a weakness, my weakness is chocolate I mean who doesn't have a chocolate weakness? But to satisfy my chocolate craving I chose to have organic 85% dark chocolate. It's soooo much healthy for you then regular chocolate, its all natural and organic and barley has sugar or fat in it! You can pick it up at basically anywhere! But I was thinking, why not write a new post on my blog about healthy low calorie desserts for you guys to try? (I take no credit in these recipes I'm sharing, I found them all online)My first low calorie dessert is the: Chocolate-Cherry Heart Smart Cookies.

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • large egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • Cooking spray

PREPARATION
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. 2. Weigh or lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flours and next 3 ingredients (through salt) in a large bowl; stir with a whisk.
