Motivation!


Hello fitties :) how is everyone doing? well i just got done eating some banana pancakes made from 2 eggs and one banana! loaded with tons of protein and only 250 cals for the whole thing! Amazing? I KNOW but before that at around 4 i have an apple some grapes and whole wheat waffles. Yummy :) But the real reason as to why im blogging at this moment isnt just to tell you what i ate but rather to introduce you to some great motivation for the next 2 months! 




Now i think you guy know why I posted some sexy costumes. Well that time of the year is coming up! Halloween! Now this "holiday" is some great motivation because to be able to wear one of the 3 of these outfits you have to be fit! Oh and have a nice ass as well! Do you want to be the fat girl sitting at home eating your feelings wishing that you had the body of VS models? Didn't think so! So get off the couch and after you read this post workout and give it 110%! Push yourself so you can be able to pull off one of those 3 outfits. Personally i really want to be a sailor this year, so I'm gonna use that as some major motivation! And you should too! Pick out your favorite sexy Halloween costume and use that as your motivation to lose that weight and tone up!
